Frequently asked questions
When will the puppies from litter “A” be ready to go home?
The puppies were born on 13 July 2026 and will be ready to go home from 15 September 2026, at about nine weeks of age.
What comes with the puppy?
An FCI pedigree issued by SKJ, a veterinary passport with complete vaccinations, a microchip registered in SLOD, deworming and preventive treatment, a breeder’s contract and a starter kit – a blanket, a toy and food to begin with.
How can I reserve a puppy?
Send us an e-mail at dankooskar43@gmail.com or call +421 907 355 773. We answer every message personally and are happy to help with any questions.
Who are the parents of the litter?
The dam is Alijamo’s Nidhi Yasha and the sire is Silmarillion Czári Falka – both successful at shows and both holding the CACIL lure coursing licence.
Is a whippet suitable for a flat and for children?
Yes. At home a whippet is quiet, clean and very affectionate, and gets on well with children. It does, however, need daily exercise and ideally a chance to run freely in a safe place.
What should a whippet owner keep in mind?
Whippets have a strong chasing instinct, so keep them on a lead near roads and wildlife. With a short coat and little body fat they feel the cold – in winter they appreciate a dog coat and a warm place to sleep.
Where are you located?
Our kennel is based in Prešov, in eastern Slovakia. We are members of SKJ and KCHCH and our breeding is registered with the FCI.
